…for some exciting news!
I just found out this week that I got into teacher’s college so I’m going to be going back to school come September! 😀
If you know anything about me, it’s that I love school and love being in school. The past 2 years that I haven’t been in school have been quite long, since I really loved the hustle and bustle of university life and making friends and learning and just being busy. That’s not to say that the past 2 years haven’t been busy (I started this blog only a month after officially graduating from university), but I miss university life and am very excited to get back into it!
Granted, this is a post-graduate program, which means the pace and structure of it will be quite different, but I’m eager for the challenge. Plus it’s located in downtown Toronto; I’ve always wanted to study in downtown Toronto, cause it just seems so exciting to me, so I’m glad I’ll finally have the chance!
It’s strange because there was a time in my life (my final year of uni), where the last thing I wanted to be was a teacher since I felt like it was being forced on me, as there aren’t very many options for English major graduates. (This is still the case). But I’ve somehow found myself back to teaching, of my own volition, and am very happy to say that I’m actually quite looking forward to studying and then becoming a teacher. 🙂
What does this mean for the blog? Absolutely nothing hehe. I just wanted to share the good news with my loyal readers! 🙂 The program doesn’t start till September, so I still have lots of time to stress and fret over the first day of school, as I will undoubtedly do. 😛
