Recipe: Easy Nutella Croissants

Nutella Croissants

Hello friends!

Yup, you read the title of this post right: it’s a recipe for easy nutella rolls!

So it’s been awhile since I’ve posted a recipe on here. Forgive me. I’m going to blame it on my new blog. Come on, you knew it was going to happen!

I also blame it on my new eating regime. I’ve given up on all sweet stuff for the month. But that didn’t stop me from baking it when the occasion arose! I used my brother’s birthday and my fellow interns as an excuse to bake up a few things that I never actually ate.

When scrounging in my folder today for a picture of an old recipe, I discovered these beautiful nutella croissants. I had planned on posting them ages ago but then the image quality set me back.

But since it’s been SO long since I’ve shared a new recipe with you all, I’m going to try and ignore the less than perfect image quality and share anyways! Who needs perfectionism?!

Perfect for lazy Sunday morning brunches or even on weekday mornings, these easy nutella croissants are a snap to make!

Easy Nutella Rolls

5 minutes

Yield: 8 croissants

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Phillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4-5 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and begin unwrapping the croissants.
  2. Place dough on baking sheet and scoop Nutella spread onto the widest part of the croissant dough. Wrap up and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until croissants are golden. Remove and eat whole warm.

It doesn’t get easier than that! You might remember my recent confession about a month ago, and since then I’ve been trying to mend my ways!

Phillsbury Crescent Rolls are wonderful because you can fill them with anything, sweet or savoury. You can dress them up or down; have them with your dinner, as dessert or even breakfast!

But nothing beats filling them with Nutella. 🙂 When they come right out of the oven, the chocolate just comes bursting out for a bite of oh-so-good chocolate and croissant goodness.

I gave the measurement of 4 to 5 tablespoons of Nutella in this recipe, but obviously use as much or as little as you think you need. If you like more chocolate, add more! You can also add nuts and other goodies, which changes the taste up a bit.

Buttery and filled with the delicious chocolate and hazelnut spread, these Easy Nutella Rolls are a sure win!

So try them out this weekend and let me know how you get on. 🙂

Ikhlas
